Job Title: Field RecruiterJob Description

Join Facility Solutions Group, Inc. as a Field Recruiter and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting field personnel in accordance with operational needs, ensuring a high-volume recruitment process, and maintaining efficient time-to-fill rates. Develop and execute a robust workforce plan in collaboration with operations, employ creative sourcing tactics, and manage community sources for consistent hiring. You will also onboard new hires, maintain personnel records, administer our HRIS, and utilize our ATS effectively to pull weekly recruitment reports. Additionally, address client concerns promptly, work closely with operational leadership, and use data analytics to educate and influence hiring processes.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience

  • Experience in recruiting electricians

  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS management

Soft Skills

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

  • Ability to develop and execute workforce plans

  • Strong communication and data analytics skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.

Work Environment

The role involves a dynamic work environment with 50% office work and 50% fieldwork, recruiting individuals for electrician positions.
