Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in the Credit Union industry, based in New York. The role primarily involves full cycle recruitment across all functions for various positions. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide HR administrative support
Responsibilities:
• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening, through to offer negotiation.
• Extend recruitment support to back-office operations as needed.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and organize recruitment data.
• Implement effective hiring processes to ensure a smooth recruitment journey for candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant tools to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job objectives and requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum of one year experience in HR Recruiting, ideally in the banking industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of full cycle recruiting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
