Broadridge Financial Solutions Executive IT Support Specialist in New York, New York

Broadridge is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide world-class support to our executive team. This person will ensure that executives have state-of-the-art, always-on, always-working IT solutions. To be successful, this person must be self-directed, motivated, organized, and results driven. This person must have excellent listening skills and is required to have excellent oral and written communication skills with C-suite exposure. As a motivated technologist, this person must understand current technologies and must be continuously exploring manners in which to expand and enhance the executive experience with Broadridge standard patterns, equipment, and best practices.

Work Modes- This position will require 4-5 days a week in our NYC office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure regular cadence remote and in-office white glove service supporting our executives, the admins & business partners.

  • Understanding of our executives IT habits and have a proactive approach to providing the best IT experience for them possible.

  • Setup, deploy, support manage end of life of endpoints such as laptops, mobile devices, and other peripherals used by the executive team.

  • Meeting and Events support both onsite and offsite

  • Investigate, trial, and recommend improvements to enhance the executive technology experience and facilitate delivery of technologies as they become available and are upgraded.

  • Strive to increase the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the executive teamthrough delivery of solution(s)

  • Work closely with the head of executive support and associate experience and endpoint solutions teams, in addition to the corporate security teams to ensure enterprise solutions will enable the executive teamwhilst still protecting the firm.

  • Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.

  • Create, maintain & manage documentation for executive support processes, runbooks, and communications.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support

  • Experience with OS Platforms Windows, OS X, IOS, and Android

  • Experience with enterprise technologies, networking, endpoint security, device management and applications (M365/Intune/Azure/Active Directory/Exchange/Endpoint Management Solutions)

  • Experience with industry-standard AV technology Collaboration tools & Video Conferencing technology (Crestron, Zoom, Polycom, Webex, MS Teams)

  • Strong general computer technology skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge in both wired and wireless network technologies.

  • Due to the high visibility of this position, excellent written, verbal and phone communications skills

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (latest and greatest hardware/software)

  • Strong task management skills: ability to prioritize, triage, resolve and escalate in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Experience working with and supporting an executive client group

  • Ability to prioritize executive support issues above all else

  • Ability to make independent judgment calls to resolve urgent and critical matters.

  • Ability to provide lightning-speed response to all executive support requests.

  • Can-do attitude, defaulting to the team(s) will figure out a path forward, proactive & adaptable approach and attitude.

  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to accommodate the executive and leadership team schedules.

  • Able to travel & work from other locations in tri-state area as needed for executive support purposes.

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering

  • Required to be in the office 4-5 days a week

  • Minimal travel required

Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $90,000-$110,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
