Citigroup Product Management Group Manager in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Product Management Group Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Product management activities including strategy and planning, execution, and performance tracking using financial analysis and developing financial forecasts. Oversee customer experience, customer retention, and engagement. Develop new capabilities and solutions to foster growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategy. Lead presentations to management to provide business updates and request resources and support for growth or change. Manage matrix teams and influence across all levels. Define business requirements for technology and digital projects. Analysis of business operations and trends and look for ways to drive efficiencies. Set omnichannel vision for customer experience with a clear focus on meeting customer needs; establish roadmaps defining implementation plans for initiatives and capabilities to facilitate robust customer experience and ongoing customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and monitor process controls and governance to support product integrity. Collaborate with Customer Experience organization. Partner with research teams to establish and execute customer research, understand unmet needs of customers, refine targeting and customer segmentation. Partner with marketing and Digital teams on driving go-to-market strategies. Partner with finance teams on developing and reviewing financial projections and profitability. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field and 8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Executive, Article, FP&A Group Manager, FP&A Analyst, Analyst, Assistant Manager or related position involving financial analysis for the banking industry. 8 years of experience must include: Financial analysis; Developing financial forecasts; Developing and presenting management materials; Partnering with a large cross functional team to drive results in a matrixed environment; Reviewing financial projections for Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR); and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. At least 2 years must include: Financial modelling for Unsecured Lending products; Developing financial forecast for Technology function; Financial analysis for loans, deposits and credit cards; Financial analysis on Product Return Optimization; Financial analysis on Investment Support; and Tableau.
