Twiage Solutions, Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager to assist the management team with setting performance indicators to measure the team’s productivity and identify issues in our customers management. Job responsibilities and duties include: 1. Create metrics and collect back-end data to generate customized reports for clients and analyze the utilization of company software; discuss with team members to improve usage of company product. 2. Design and manage data dashboards to help customer success managers monitor each account’s usage of company software, identify the issues in our customers engagement and analysis of performance, improve productivity and simplify workflow. 3. Set performance indicators and goals to measure different teams’ productivity; generate data dashboard and regular reports to present teams’ performance and report to the management to support key decisions making; 4. Manage the database to ensure accuracy, and fix bugs. Provide training for new users/employees; Manage user accounts, usage data, and billing; Keep track of other similar software in the market, implement new tools to make the team’s work more efficient. 5. Evaluate the efficiency of current workflows and identify tasks that can be simplified or automated, data and information that can be integrated. Coordinate with development team on redesigning and automating procedures. Provide training for employees about new workflows. Implement and monitor the operation of new workflows and make necessary adjustments. 6. Create email templates and email campaigns on SendinBlue to ensure effective communication with current clients and prospects; Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of company website; Coordinate with designer on designing and improving marketing materials; Help sales team prepare for conferences and other industry events. 7. Projects include digital marketing campaigns, consulting projects, etc. Define the project scope and timeline, engage different stakeholders and organize regular meetings, keep track of timeline and the quality of deliverables, present the deliverables and insights to the team. 8. Research and collect information needed by the sales team, including market coverage, hospitals and healthcare industry executives in different states, conferences and industry events, to identify business opportunities; Research for funding and grant programs that will be beneficial for prospects. 9. Evaluate the current workflow between different teams and propose solutions to make customer success and sales teams better support each other and have more effective communication, such as current accounts’ performance data and information sharing. 10. Assist customer success manager with designing and sending user surveys, keep track of email open rates and responses data, help with analyzing survey results. 11. Advertise job opening, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, work with hiring managers to find the right fit, assist with new employees’ onboarding process. This position does not manage other personnel.Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business or related and 1 year of experience in job offered or any related position(s). Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience and knowledge of the following: • Tableau • Excel including PivotTables, PivotChart, Slicer, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, Task automating using Visual Basic Applications (VBA) and Macros and Data analysis using Solver, What-If Analysis • PowerPoint • HubSpot CRM Platform • SQL, Webflow, Adobe InDesign • Google Project Management No travel.
