Enterprise Data Sharing Solutions (EDSS) is part of the Enterprise Data Governance, Digital & Data Platforms (EDGP) organization, which sits within Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS). EDSS improves Amex data privacy & data sharing through the implementation of modern data sharing capabilities and strategies that enable faster speed to market while enhancing safe sharing connections. Within EDSS, we are embarking on an exciting and transformational journey to modernize our Digital Tracking Platform and processes, driving growth, efficiency, and compliance.

The Senior Manager, Product Operations – Digital Tracking will work to execute critical initiatives across the Digital Tracking ecosystem. Specifically, this role will focus on the efficient delivery of global regulatory and growth-related initiatives across the Digital Tracking platform, including partnering with lines of business, product teams, and second line partners. Through the coordinated delivery of end-to-end solutions and process enhancements, this role will execute critical near-term goals, while designing a new way of working with the modern Digital Tracking Platform for internal and external partners alike.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across the Digital Tracking Product, Engineering and Global Privacy teams to successfully deliver critical global and strategic business initiatives including new product solutioning, capabilities and operational processes.

  • Provide program and stakeholder management across various cross-business unit teams, driving project transparency and alignment across key initiatives and roadmaps.

  • Partner with business units and the Digital Tracking product teams by offering strategic consultation to evaluate current third-party relationships to optimize vendor management and processes.

  • Work with governance partners to deliver timely resolution of compliance and audit issue, as well as delivery of critical PRSA requirements.

  • Align with business unit partners, Centers of Excellence, and governance teams to discover and design applicable procedures for the Digital Tracking ecosystem.

  • Develop, improve, or transform existing processes to support product(s) development with an aim toward efficiency, growth, and operational excellence.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 3 years of demonstrated excellence in leading teams delivering technology-driven business solutions across the enterprise.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual.

  • Desire to be part of a new, growing, and evolving team.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions & processes to a wide variety of audiences.

  • Knowledge of the global privacy landscape, and/or the web and digital advertising ecosystem is a plus.

  • Ability to discover and craft scalable solutions and processes, and lead implementation of those processes across a matrixed environment.

  • Confidence in decision-making in complex & ambiguous situations; comfortable troubleshooting and aligning conflicting interests.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
