Our FunctionThe Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support and proactive organization to a group of Managing Directors on our Healthcare Team. We are seeking a candidate who is a highly motivated team player that possesses excellent executive presence and communication skills. The candidate must have the ability and desire to be proactive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Your ImpactYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Schedule domestic and international travel including itinerary coordination and any future Schedule domestic and international travel including itinerary coordination and any future changesSubmit and manage expense reimbursements through Concur in a timely fashionSchedule high volume of meetings, including participants in different time zones, and meticulously maintain Outlook Calendars and contactsCoordinate with other admins to ensure meeting times work for all attendeesEnsure that individual and team calendars are accurate and updated, with a keen eye on optimizing the team’s time Track and add all quarterly earnings information to the team calendar (with appropriate dial in)Become an integral partner in the Healthcare Team, ensuring the team is aware of and registered for upcoming conference calls, sell-side conferences and events, medical meetings and other events in the sectorArrange on premise and virtual meetings Ensure appropriate materials for meetings are prepared and distributed ahead of timeComplete all tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail and demonstration of technical aptitudeAssist with email monitoring and responses to help Portfolio Managers focus on their core responsibilitiesAssist with special Ad-Hoc projects as neededYour Required SkillsYour required skills must include:7-10+ years’ experience in an administrative assistant capacityExperience at an Asset Management firm or in Financial Services Industry Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsConfronts each assignment with a sense of urgency, ownership and strong attention to detailMust be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and with external clientsHighly organized and efficient at juggling multiple tasks and demandsTeam player; possesses a high level of interpersonal skillsForward thinker: anticipates issues and pro-actively makes recommendations and changesReceptive to real-time constructive feedback and able to adapt to current needsExperience with Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & OutlookExperience with Concur expense management system a plusWhat We OfferJennison offers a generous benefits package including but not limited to: premier medical benefits, paid time off, a retirement profit sharing plan, wellness reimbursement, fully paid parental leave, family planning support, paid membership to concierge primary care, supplemental mental wellness benefit provides annual allotment of fully paid therapy sessions and unlimited coaching, additional health and wellness benefits, and life insurance. The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000 Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
