Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle machine setup and teardown, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance services. The ideal candidate should reside in or be willing to commute to the Newark, DE area.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
Set up and prepare machinery for scheduled production runs.
Utilize mechanical skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment.
Implement a preventative maintenance program for the facility and equipment.
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operations.
Adhere to OSHA safety and health regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of related experience with manufacturing machinery
Technical training with exposure to various types of manufacturing machinery preferred
Ability to perform general to advanced math computations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in internal settings
Initiative to solve problems independently
Ability to lift approximately 40+ lbs
Frequent exposure to pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching activities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
