PGIM Fixed Incomefalls under PGIM, which is the asset management arm of Prudential Financial. PGIM Fixed Income is a global asset manager offering active solutions across all fixed income markets. Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. During your 10-week summer internship within our Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG), youll be assigned impactful day-to-day work and projects. Examples of work our PAG Analysts focus on include:
The Analyst in the Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG) evaluates portfolio positioning with respect to risk exposures and alpha objectives, provides portfolio construction and alignment insight, and analyzes performance drivers across a multitude of investment products and processes to deliver performance attribution.
Utilizing a variety of analytical tools, the analyst integrates specific client guidelines, objectives, and risk tolerances into the firms investment process to ensure complete portfolio management and analytics are in place.
The analyst collaborates and works closely with other teams, including Senior PAG Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Traders, Risk Managers, the Quantitative Team, Credit Research, Client Advisory, and Sales and Marketing to ensure the Portfolio Management team has the tools and technology required to effectively manage portfolios.
The analyst also navigates multiple ad hoc requests and projects that relate to market or portfolio analytics received from all parts of the larger Fixed Income Organization. The analyst partners closely with peers throughout Fixed income to build organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program or 5th year masters program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
Minimum 3.0 GPA

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred majors:
Operations Research, Information/Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics, but all majors considered
Experience with Bloomberg, and other technical data analysis/modeling tools desirable
