Description We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Newton, Kansas. The role involves managing office operations and procedures, including accounting tasks, and utilizing various software systems such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites. This is a temporary position which offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
• Control and distribute correspondence, streamline filing systems
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
• Provide general support to visitors
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports and various other documents
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as perform billing functions
• Use accounting software systems to organize and maintain financial records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing Functions
• Strong Customer Service skills
