Bright Horizons Product Marketing Manager-Remote in Newton, Massachusetts

Communicate the value of Bright Horizons’ early education and care programs, through the development of strategic revenue-driving marketing initiatives. An ideal candidate should be highly motivated and passionate about creating opportunities for families to be consumers of Bright Horizons’ childcare and preschool services. This individual will maximize Bright Horizons’ visibility in the childcare and preschool market and contribute to a broad range of marketing initiatives to generate measurable growth.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to grow enrollment and revenue for our childcare and preschool business.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.

  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our childcare and preschool programs across channels, assets, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market plans to launch new features/updates/products that impact the enhancement of consumer experience/enrollment growth.

  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact and success of marketing campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics and provide actionable insights to inform product roadmap and business strategy.

What we hope you will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing - or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing - Preferred

  • At least 5 years in Marketing (preferably in the early education/childcare/preschool industry) - Required

Additional Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the childcare or education industry.

  • Work autonomously and consult with necessary parties on key decisions.

  • Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives

  • Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments

  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including client organizations and partner teams

  • Demonstrated success in developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth

Compensation Range:

The annual salary range for this role is: $77,000-$85,000 per year
