FedEx Ground contractor, McLaughlin Logistics Inc, is now hiring Full Time FedEx Delivery Drivers in the Newton, NC area. Drivers will be operating out of the Newton FedEx Ground terminal at 1936 Amity St, Newton, NC 28658 and will be making deliveries to local residential and commercial pick-up and delivery routes in Hickory, Hildebran, Connelly Springs, Valdese, Morganton, and Nebo.

Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people with experience as a Local Driver, Medical Courier, Route Driver, Truck Driver, Non CDL Driver, Pick Up Driver, Delivery Driver - and if you have driven for companies like Hefner Enterprises Inc, Domino's, SAVAGE, Allied Paving Equipment, DoorDash, Mountaineer Logistics, Walmart, Amazon, FedEx Ground, UPS, Concentrix, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus.

Pay and Benefits:

• $760-$950 a week.
• Overtime pay
• 5-6 Days Per Week (Saturday Requirement)
• 7:30am - delivery completion
• Weekly Paycheck - Direct Deposit on Fridays

FedEx Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at terminal located in Newton, NC to pick up vehicle and packages
• Loading and Unloading packages from truck
• Delivering packages to destination
• Scanning and Logging Packages
• Safety, integrity, service, and attendance are TOP priorities!

FedEx Delivery Driver Qualifications:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 Year of Driving Experience for a job - this includes DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, etc.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Physically able to handle packages up to 100 lbs.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
