ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Newton, North Carolina
Now Hiring: 2nd & 3rd Shift Machine Operators
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
We are looking for confident and skilled Machine Operators to join our fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment . This role requires a strong ability to troubleshoot, make quick decisions, and ensure production meets exact specifications. If you thrive in a hands-on, high-tech setting and take pride in precision, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a single machine to produce parts with precise shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and other machining functions.
Use precision measuring instruments to maintain quality and accuracy.
Make real-time adjustments to feeds and speeds for optimal machining performance.
Troubleshoot minor issues and ensure continuous production flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in a high-demand setting.
Follow strict safety protocols and company policies .
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
Self-confidence and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and follow instructions precisely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with complex machinery and precision tools .
