Job Information

Aerotek Hvac Technician in Nicollet, Minnesota

Description:

To learn the proper fabrication and installation practices of a HVAC system.

To follow the proper safety requirements of the jobsite you are working on.

Cut openings in structures to allow for proper ductwork or HVAC equipment installations.

Locate and mark the position of HVAC equipment or ductwork within a space or building using blueprints.

Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures for installation.

Ability to work off of ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts in a safe manner and according to OSHA rules.

Follow and use correct signals when working with a crane.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and a High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.

Ability to follow verbal or written directions.

To use logic and reason to solve problems that arise in day to day situations
