Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in our stamping department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including presses, CNC machines, and robotic welders. Your responsibilities will be divided between reactive maintenance (50%) and scheduled projects or preventive maintenance (50%), with a future goal to adjust this ratio to 60/40 in favor of PM/project-based tasks. Expect to engage in diverse tasks ranging from electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to facilities maintenance and more.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, 150,000 square feet facility featuring high ceilings and open spaces across distinct areas for presses, CNC machines, and robotic welders. The environment is a bit noisy, requiring hearing protection, and safety glasses are also necessary. The facility maintains a comfortable temperature and utilizes overhead doors to optimize ventilation.
