Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Instrumentation Technicians for projects located in and around Noack, TX. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $30-35/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Perform a variety of instrumentation & automation services
Troubleshooting
Calibration installation
Testing & commissioning
Terminating PLC signal
Cabling at PLC cabinets
Interpret control panel & PLC schematics
Repair instrumentation
Perform preventative & corrective maintains of test apparatus and peripheral equipment
Assist with a variety of related installation & maintenance projects for automating large industrial processes
Use computerized equipment & software to perform testing functions & produce reports
Work with engineers, testing, & commissioning PLC systems
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1+ Years of Experience as an Instrumentation Technician
Technical Knowledge of Operation of AC & DC drives
Background Check
Drug Screen
OSHA 10
Understanding of speed feedback devices, theory, & operation
Understanding of temperature components
Understanding of PID & control loops
Understanding of Ethernet communications & connections
Proficient in PLC & HMI systems
Knowledge of all Electrical Components & Electrical Devices
