Qualifications
Skills and requirements that are essential for this role:
7+ years of software engineering experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage.
2+ years of organizational leadership and team development.
Strong product leadership to set clear goals for feature areas and lead the team through rapid product cycles.
Knowledge in design patterns, test driven development, System programming, Object oriented design.
Great analytical skills and can leverage insights to drive product improvement and new features.
Excellent written, communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
