Job Title: Licensed Practical NurseJob Description

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include assessing incoming patients by documenting chief complaints, reconciling medication lists and allergies, assessing smoking status, and preparing patients for visits. The role requires preparing exam rooms, restocking clinical areas, sterilizing instruments, maintaining medical equipment, and documenting interventions in the electronic medical record. Additional duties involve obtaining medical records from various health facilities, responding to patient messages, managing prescription refills, lab results, and referrals, as well as collecting patient satisfaction surveys and ensuring adherence to protocols related to infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Norfolk, Virginia.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with an hour lunch break. Availability is required between 7:30 AM to 6 PM in case shifts need adjustment.
