Lineage Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse I 2nd Shift in North Charleston, South Carolina

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team and manage the operations of the designated facility to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports.

Assign duties to ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness within the team.

Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receipt and dispatch of shipments, the organization of merchandise, and the maintenance of inventory.

Develop and implement production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely completion of job assignments.

Maintain accurate time and production records to support operational efficiency.

Monitor and report on warehouse activities, including sales, inventory control, and purchasing, to ensure product availability and operational readiness.

Prepare and submit detailed operational reports to designated plant personnel.

Work closely with machinery and material handling equipment to support smooth warehouse operations.

Maintain open and effective communication with all levels of the organization to resolve employee issues and facilitate operational harmony.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

At least 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics management.

Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong conflict management skills to effectively address and resolve employee issues.

Ability to operate efficiently in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.

Physical capability to lift at least 40 lbs, with additional capacity as required by the facility.

Availability to work flexible schedules and shifts, including weekends, as operational needs dictate.

Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud.
