Job Title: RecruiterJob Description
This position will oversee the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) recruitment module, ensuring a seamless recruitment, onboarding, and training process for hiring managers. The HR Associate – Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent while nurturing a robust talent pipeline.
Hard Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Data collection, analysis, and report generation
Proficient in social media recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
Familiarity with employment laws and HR practices
Expertise in HR databases, ATS, and CMS
Data-driven recruitment system management
Proficiency in database management and maintaining confidentiality
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in North Hollywood, California.
Work Environment
Onsite with a flexible 9/80 work schedule, allowing for every other Friday off.
