DNA Security Services Installation Technician (Installation Tech) in North Richland Hills, Texas
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. This position is labor-intensive and requires good time management and physical dexterity. The ideal candidate will have experience in security camera and access control installations, although we are willing to train the right individual.
- Install and configure video security systems and access control systems at various client locations.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of existing systems.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining system functionalities to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and service activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations and on-site visits.
Experience in security camera and access control installations preferred, but not required.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical dexterity and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
