What to Expect:

The Business Solutions Analyst will oversee all aspects of our Customer Relationship Management database including strategic implementation of enhancements, ongoing maintenance and data analysis. Ensuring an accurate sales funnel and monitoring customer strategies ensuring maximum profitability. Working collaboratively with sales users and providing insights to marketing, finance & sales leadership teams

A day in the life:

The role involves planning and implementing CRM strategies to drive customer retention and growth. Collaboration with various groups such as sales, service, finance, and marketing is required to find opportunities to use the CRM platform for business support. Data analysis is conducted to provide insights, reports, and support for special projects and planning cycles. The focus is on converting long-term plans into actionable targets and achievements, effectively segmenting the database for targeted marketing initiatives. Monitoring the sales funnel, closure rates, and tracking market metrics and trends are crucial. Additionally, the role includes crafting important metric reports to measure sales and marketing progress and developing dashboards to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Customer Information Management

  • Handle new customer account set up and closure procedures

  • Support customer-facing price lists based on contractual agreements

  • Lead distribution information and tracking

  • Support contract and customer contact information

Administration

  • Lead all aspects of user accounts and access rights

  • Monitor and improve data quality

  • Support and resolve user access or data entry issues

  • Maintain and update CRM master data and manage data rules

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis

  • 3-4 years of technical expertise with CRM such as Salesforce and data systems such as SAP and SAP Customer Experience solutions

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects end-to-end

  • Attention to detail is crucial

  • Excellent communication skills, customer service-oriented

  • Strong expertise and proficiency in CRM tools with the ability to train and support team members in effectively utilizing the CRM tool.

  • Ability to work effectively with deadlines, prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience and/or Customer Service
