Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem Showroom Coordinator - Part-time in Norwood, New Jersey
Job Description: Job Description: This is a short term need, which is part time. 15 hours per week. Approximate need is 2 months, flexibility encouraged.
Must haves: Customer Service, 1-2 years experience in Retail or Hospitality, 1 year of recent work experience
Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet & welcome all customers entering the showroom.
Answer incoming showroom calls.
Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders.
Manage labeling of products on showroom floor
Ensures overall tidiness - look and feel of showroom
Flexible to assist with other housekeeping items
Flexible to assist with other office and showroom items
Processes Cash Sales & Payment on Accounts & Refunds for salespeople, as needed
Qualifications:
High school degree required.
Experience in sales and customer service & hospitality/retail.
Strong organizational, communication and follow-through skills.
Computer Experience:
Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar, Teams
Comments for Suppliers: Tues, Weds, Fri 10-3pm, willing to discuss further in interview
