We are seeking an energetic and talented IT Recruiter anto join our team.

As an IT Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment process for information technology roles, working closely with hiring managers and the human resources team to identify and attract exceptional talent. Your recruitment expertise, advanced English communication skills, outstanding time management, and agile responsiveness abilities will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • To identify and attract qualified talent, utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, online databases, recruiting events, and employee referrals.

  • Lead the selection process, from resume review to conducting technical interviews and skills assessments.

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout recruitment, providing guidance and feedback.

  • Efficiently manage time and resources to meet hiring deadlines and team objectives.

  • Supervise and support junior recruiters, providing guidance and training as needed.

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in recruitment and information technology.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter, focusing on information technology roles.

  • Fluent in advanced English, both verbal and written communication.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and building solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and respond quickly and effectively to the needs of the recruitment process.

  • Deep understanding of information technology and the skills required for specific roles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills.
