BU – Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies

The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for the TMTT division (Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies) will be part of the Omnichannel Marketing team, for Europe. He/she will contribute to driving awareness and preference for our portfolio of therapies among European interventional cardiologists and heart teams by defining and executing our Digital Marketing and Communication strategy.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Execute the TMTT Europe Digital Marketing Strategy supporting our business goals and strategy

  • Leverage market segmentation and target audiences for digital marketing activities

  • Drive execution and measure impact of all our digital marketing activities

  • Define, plan and execute measurable promotional campaigns, aligned to strategic & operational business objectives

  • Develop digital and print assets in collaboration with portfolio management team and in compliance with Edwards’ policies as well as industry standards

  • Localize global assets to European markets

  • Design, deliver and implement media plans across the portfolio,

  • Track and analyze performance metrics of our marketing assets

  • Monitor Competitive communication campaigns and own response messaging

  • Contribute to the annual development of Edwards TMTT EU Marketing Plans

  • Own and drive the communication plan for key congresses

  • Be the Communication expert for the other marketing teams, providing advice and guidance on content, format and channels.

  • Ensure consistency and alignment of external communications and campaigns across the portfolio

  • Provide support for design of internal communications

  • Manage our pool of creative, design and paid media agencies

  • Establish strong collaboration with global downstream and digital marketing teams

  • Manage the Digital and Communication budget

What you'll need :

  • 8+ years of professional experience

  • Marketing expertise (including defining a product strategic positioning, concept, benefits and technical features, etc.)

  • Digital experience (including strategy definition, creation of digital platforms / communication / assets, e-mail campaigns, marketing automation, social media platforms, etc.)

  • Healthcare/Medical Device experience is a plus?

  • CRM experience. Salesforce.com is a plus.

  • Media-planning and targeting. Performance assessment/analysis.

  • Management of external agency partners and free-lancers, for advertising assets creation and development

  • Outstanding Project Management

  • Collaboration across functions in matrix-organizations (in Europe and Global)

  • Market research designs and analysis

  • Competitive monitoring

  • Microsoft Office suite

  • Google Analytics, Tableau.

  • Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

  • Master’s degree required

  • Fluent in English . Native speaker is a plus. German fluency is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills
