Job Description
The Franchise Sales and Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of our franchise network by identifying, attracting, and securing new franchisees. This role is primarily focused on acquiring and developing potential franchisees with a special focus on multi-unit investors to expand our brand presence in the U.S.
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential franchisees through various channels for Bosch Auto Service in target markets
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop Sales support materials
Support Franchise Sales Tradeshows & Networking Events to promote Bosch Auto Service within the Franchise community
Prospect Outreach & Sales Presentations:
Reach out to prospective franchisees via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce them to our franchise concept
Conduct onsite and remote initial screenings and assessments to qualify leads based on their suitability and interest in franchise ownership
Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits of our franchise model, investment requirements, and support services
Customize presentations to address the specific needs and interest of each prospect, leveraging market research and competitive analysis
Franchise Qualification & Negotiation:
Lead candidates through a complex, multi-stage process to educate them about our franchise opportunity and get them approved as franchisees including preliminary screening, group and individual presentations / interviews, completion of initial application forms and required documents, FDD disclosures, discovery day and franchise agreement
Maintain strict compliance with state and federal franchise sales and disclosure laws
Collaborate with the regional franchise consultant on a seamless transition to onboarding after signing of the franchise agreement
Reporting, Tracking & Analysis:
Ensure that all applicant information is accurately recorded and entered into the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
Track and report on Sales metrics and pipeline status
Plan, manage and document lead status and comprehensive visit reports in the Franchise CRM
Collaborate with full Bosch Auto Service team to meet overall business objectives
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of numerous projects and programs
Provide adhoc sales support where needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
5+ years of proven Franchise Sales & Development experience; experience with multi-unit franchisees desirable
Strong sales, business development and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of state and federal laws concerning franchise sales and disclosures including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with Franchise CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to achieve Sales targets
Ability to solve problems that may require modifying and adapting standard techniques
Willingness to travel as required within the U.S.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $112,900 - $131,900 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
