Description

This role is a hybrid position, working from Oakdale home office location and remote.

The Marketing & Communications Vendor Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing key vendor relationships and programs, including budget, special projects and internal employee customer support.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage company print store including vendor partner relationship, employee website, programs, special projects, budgets and customer support for company employees using the store.

  • Manage company apparel store including vendor partner relationship, employee website, programs, special projects, budgets and customer support for company employees using the store.

  • Manage as needed signage vendors for all company sites across the Midwest, including contracts, budgets, design, production and installation.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance programs and initiative process improvement with an eye on budget, customer service, innovation and scalability in a growing company.

  • Strict adherence to brand standards and guidelines to maintain brand strength and reputation and grow share of voice in all markets.

  • Monitor and analyze existing print and apparel programs to trouble shoot, innovate and improve existing programs, in particular to control costs while simultaneously providing quick, helpful solutions to the needs of healthcare teams serving patients in the field.

  • Collaborate with internal partners and customers on special projects and future programs.

  • Provide as needed support for overall Marketing & Communications functions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a related field or position.

  • Demonstrated experience managing outside vendors and budgets for substantial company-wide programs.

  • Excellent people, verbal and written communications skills, with experience providing customer service to company employees.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Ability to maintain and grow effective relationships with coworkers, partners and vendors.

  • Printing, apparel and/or building signage experience a plus.

    Reports to the VP of Marketing & Communications.
