Description
We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Hospitality industry. The candidate will serve as the first line of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and builds loyalty. Our ideal candidate is a bilingual communicator who is able to interact in a professional manner with a diverse clientele. This role is essential in fostering our company’s reputation and image by providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Responding efficiently to customer inquiries regarding our services and offerings.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Assisting with reservations, cancellations, and modifications fluently in English and another language.
Maintaining knowledge of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Working in collaboration with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Fluency in English and one additional language is required.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professional resolve.
Proficient in MS Office suite and customer service software.
