Description
Our client, a prominent organization in the non-profit sector, is eagerly seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with their administrative needs. Candidates must be meticulous, efficient, and capable of handling high volumes of data entry tasks within strict deadlines. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will enable smoother workflows by accurately inputting data, ensuring database accuracy, and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Input and update data into appropriate databases and digital platforms.
Support with any necessary administrative duties.
Respect confidential information and maintain the security of company databases.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or a similar position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel.
High capacity for creating organized and logical approaches to tasks.
Ability to gather and analyze complex data effectively.
