You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work

In this role, you will join the Manufacturing Technology team, and will work with optimization and implementation of new production processes and equipment. Your mail goal will be to identify potential improvement areas and need for new tools, production, and test equipment to increase flow, production, and quality. More specifically, your core responsibilities will be:

• Define production requirements in collaboration with R&D and NPI

• Development of production and test concepts and processes with the necessary documentation

• Optimization and implementation of processes based on a LEAN philosophy

• Monitoring, managing, controlling, and optimizing costs and continuous improvements

• Managing and controlling corrective actions

• Project management related to optimization and implementation of production equipment and processes.

• Maintaining production specification

• Identifying possibilities to improve the quality of production processes.

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at the frontier of robotics

• You have an educational background as production engineer or electronics engineer, with experience within manufacturing and assembly processes and/or automation technology

• Solid technical experience from production, assembly and / or testing of automation technology or electronic equipment

• Ideally you have minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar role, and you have an interest in mechanics and the interaction with electronics

• It is an advantage if you have experience with project management

• You are familiar using office software package and JIRA, AX, Arena PLM systems

• You are fluent in both Danish and English

It is essential that you can juggle several tasks at a time, that you are curious by nature and comfortable with technology. The ideal candidate has a good eye for details, and thrives in a dynamic environment, where deadlines can be tight, and everyone gives their best to reach the goals.
