We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations New Product Planner. As the Operations New Product Planner, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring seamless integration with our operations and supply chain processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the successful commercialization of new robotic products.

Responsibilities:

  • New Product Planning and Integration:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand new product requirements, specifications, and timelines.

  • Assess the impact of new products on existing operations and supply chain processes, identifying potential bottlenecks or challenges.

  • Integrate new products into the PLM and Production ERP systems.

  • Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to secure necessary components, materials, and resources for new product development.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely development and delivery of new components/materials, from concept through release to volume production.

  • Optimize inventory management strategies to support new product launches while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to successfully deliver New Products.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on new product planning activities, address concerns, and facilitate collaboration.

    For your to have success in this role, we imagine you have the following qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field;

  • Proven experience in operations planning, supply chain management, or related roles, preferably within the robotics or technology industry.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of robotics technology and industry trends is a plus.
