You’ll dive deep into your field of expertise, and really make it work

You will be part of the production test group, developing production tests for robots. You will be focusing on our End of Line test for robots. For that you will need knowledge about SW, electronics and not being afraid of hand on tasks.

You will be a main player in our quality journey by working on the last step of the robot’s journey before it is shipped to the customer.

This is an onsite position, and you will work out of our office in Odense, Denmark.

You will participate in design specification, test specifications, and manufacturing of the test equipment. Participate in installation of a modular and scalable test system including Data Logging system which provides real-time test data for monitoring and improving product quality and manufacturing processes.

You are responsible for the test software architecture and that it is well documented and stable. You must collaborate cross-organizational in MiR/UR with many different stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Assist with design and implementation of full process control and traceability for all internal and external manufacturing processes including documentation and calibration

  • Deliver test software within scope and time of the projects

  • Assist with the development and execution of test cases and documenting results

  • Design the production test software

  • Build generic modular test software building blocks.

  • Ensure Design and sharing of training materials

  • Local Super User training

  • Facilitating workshops

You’ve got what it takes to fit in at frontier of robotics

We come in all shapes and sizes, and we cheer each other on. However, we do expect, that you will bring the following:

  • Production test developer with solid knowledge of hardware/electronics and interested in production

  • Programming experience in one or more of the following: Python, Labview and/or TestStand

  • Data science - Kibana

  • Vision test

  • Version control systems (Git or similar)

  • Experience in analyzing software requirements for system features

  • The perfect candidate is used to analyzing manufacturing processes and specify test requirements and has implemented test systems for: Sub assembly- and Unit Test, including all documentation according to relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Statistical Analysis knowledge

  • Fluent in Danish and English, both orally and in writing

Besides this, you are are a great teamplayer with good report skills a great drive. Your work is based on a sense of structure, responsibility and proactiveness.
