HDZ Concrete Design LLC seeks 4 temp FT Concrete Finishers from 10/01/24 -12/31/24. Duties: Must be able to form concrete & check proper construction, work with tools such as level, shovel, & trowel, able to read & follow blue print, signal drivers & other employees, check concrete to make sure properly aligned & at proper depth, clean equip & work areas. Employer will provide worker all tools, supplies, & equip. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. 1 mo. exp. req. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors. Worksite 8004 Wilshire Ridge Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73132 & other sites in Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland & McClain Counties. \$21.17/hr Mon-Fri; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 7am-4pm. OT may be available at \$31.76/hr. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
