BASIC FUNCTION
Provides organized, timely processing and closing coordination for all first mortgage loans. Provides assistance, as needed to members, vendors, and the operations team.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
\
- Regular attendance in the work site.
- Responsible for collecting/reviewing/ and uploading all required documents for first mortgage loan processing in a timely manner.
- Verify and examine all documents and information input into the Loan Origination System for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with all parties involved concerning required documents, loan milestones, loan conditions, etc.
- Responsible for ordering and reviewing all third party items such as appraisals, title commitments, flood determination, evidence of insurance, verification of employment, and verification of income.
- Required to effectively manage processing pipeline and give weekly updates to all parties involved in the transaction.\
- Ensures all QC and underwriting conditions have been resolved prior to loan closing.
- Responsible for delivery of completed processing files to the closing team within 10 business days.
- Assists with scheduling and coordination of closings with borrower, agents, and title providers as needed.
- Participates in regular coaching and performance evaluations.
