Paycom Online Product Management Admin Assistant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
The Product Management Admin Assistant will assist the Product Management, and Research and Development teams with daily tasks and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, coordinates, and executes team and department meetings, events, and activities, making note of actions items and follow ups
Prepare and distribute information for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Paycom personnel and management
Prepares necessary reports and presentations
Proactively anticipates the business needs of the department
Assist in program logistics and communications
Make department purchases as necessary, including but not limited to supplies and employee recognition items
Complete projects accurately and timely as defined by management
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- 2 years of administrative or related experience
Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, and Word)
Ability to adapt and respond effectively and promptly to changing situations and conditions
Ability to use computer applications, printers, copiers, fax machines, and telephones
Organization and communication skills
Detail oriented
