Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $47 - $67 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improving the online experience and increasing conversion rates.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned brand(s), optimizing assortment strategies and digital presence.

  • Use insights from customer feedback, CSAT, reviews, and Q&A to drive continuous improvements in the online shopping journey.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for brand performance, SKU presentation, and strategic execution.

  • Build and deliver presentations for suppliers and merchants to support strategic plans and analyze execution.

  • Leverage data to optimize cross-sell, up-sell, and bundling strategies to improve online basket size and sales.

  • Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to develop and execute project plans that enhance the customer experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising, category management, or purchasing.

  • Strong digital analytics and data interpretation skills.

  • Advanced Analytical proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel, as well as experience with SQL and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau, to track, analyze, and report on online performance.

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to lead discussions with suppliers and merchants.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on strategic goals.

  • Experience with assortment planning, digital content optimization, and competitive analysis.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
