Job Description:Production Engineer positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Opelika, AL).Improve productivity and profit and drive quality improvement through root cause analysis.Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with customer specifications, safety standardsand design specifications.
Minimum Requirements:Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, electricalengineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years ofexperience managing technical documents, including FMEA and control plans. Also requires 3years of experience: coordinating new products in collaboration with RandD, production andquality teams; responding to customer audit requests; and performing root cause analysis toidentify and improve quality issues. Requires 2 years of experience: designing new tooling; andcreating OPL (one point lessons) and check sheets.
Experience may be, but need not be, acquiredconcurrently.
