We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.Job Summary The PPAP -- Validation Specialist will work with customers (internal and external) to develop documentation for products produced by Safari Circuits. Responsibilities Include: Generate PPAP documentation for new programs, transfers, or engineering changes as required, including submittal of customer PPAP's and maintaining the PPAP samples.Develop and write Validation Documents: Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, User Requirements, Functional Requirements, IQ- OQ- PQ, Validation Summary Report.Develop Control Plans, PFMEA's, and Process Flow Charts.Identify key process and quality characteristics and monitoring methods.Plan and perform MSA's and Gage R & R's.Plan and perform process capability studies.Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOE's).Monitor and measure process changes and analyze the effects.Identify and implement continuous improvements.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:2-3 years of electronic manufacturing experience.Knowledge of printed circuit board assemblies and industry standards.ISO 13485: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 experience.Must have a strong command of Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.Benefits401(k) matchingHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementPromotion opportunitiesClimate-controlled facilityEEO StatementSafari Circuits, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
