Responsibilities
Unlocking the insight potential of our data by championing a step change in data fluency and confidence within our organisation
Coaching role: listening, understanding, guiding, developing, advising, mentoring, and collaborating.
Assessing needs, planning and delivering a data and analytics development path for our business line
Be the ‘go-to’ person for data-related questions and connect people to subject matter experts when needed.
Creating/adapting, maintaining and delivering engaging content for our stakeholders
Analytics topics may include general data literacy, training material for specific dashboards, analytics tools, or frameworks to help key users apply data driven principles to hypothesis testing and experimentation.
Requirements
Coaching/presentation or Learning and Development experience, preferably with a data & analytics focus
Have an excellent sense of mature judgement, great organizational, prioritization skills, be pro-active and action biased
Able to work independently and be resilient to overcoming obstacles
Commercial experience
Any experience as a data analyst is a bonus: this could be in general business intelligence, product analytics or marketing analytics
Knowledge of peer-review and the academic publishing process is an advantage
