ARCHITECTURAL POLYMERS Carpenter in PALMERTON, Pennsylvania

• Perform all duties expected of Level 1 Carpenters, train Level 1 Carpenters • Frame jogged and non-square or rectangular molds • Construct multiple piece urethane stone molds i.e Ashlar Style • Read and understand Level 2 mold drawings with little or no assistance • Multiple piece Duna Board molds including sanding and preparation of multi level flat plane molds • Clay mortar joints, screw holes etc. • Proper mold release procedures • Ability to cut to length and width urethane materials to within 1/16". • Ability to cut hardened materials to length and width within 1/32" • Keep needed documentation organized for future reference • Perform all work in a safe manner. Instruct Level 1 Carpenters in proper safety procedures. Use required safety equipment including but not limited to guards, shields, eye protection, steel toes etc. • Maintain all work area in clean and safe condition. Immediately advise the Production Supervisor of any hazardous condition. • Continuously strive to improve efficiency in his work area and the facility at large, and be willing to participate in shop meetings (OSHA, safety, production, and benefits) and training programs which are sponsored by the company. • When in personal contact with and associate, maintain a polite, courteous attitude, and refer any problems to the Plant Manager or Production Manager. Maintain a positive work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees.
