Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team located in Palmetto Bay, Florida. This role involves managing financial records, including bank reconciliations, and creating monthly reports. The individual will also be responsible for monitoring various aspects of bank accounts and using Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and reconcile all bank accounts accurately and consistently.
• Monitor all aspects of bank accounts and take necessary actions when required.
• Produce comprehensive month-end reports to aid in financial analysis.
• Utilize Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks and procedures.
• Ensure all financial records are kept accurate and up to date. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations is required
• Profound knowledge and experience in bookkeeping is essential
• Familiarity with month-end close procedures is necessary
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online is required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
