Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role is vital in the finance industry and will involve handling account reconciliation, accounts receivable, billing, and cash collections. You will also be using Microsoft Excel and SAP software as part of your daily responsibilities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
• Process customer credit applications with precision and timeliness.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data.
• Handle billing tasks, ensuring all invoices are issued to customers promptly.
• Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of our financial records.
• Perform cash collections and commercial collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Apply cash applications to manage customer payments effectively.
• Resolve customer credit inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements • Must possess skills in Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Experience in Billing is necessary
• Knowledge in Cash Applications is a must
• Required to have experience in Cash Collections
• Commercial Collections skills are necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed
• Experience with SAP is required.
