Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Pasadena, California, United States. This role is with an auto industry and customer service tasks
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process paperwork from the department
• Post vehicle sales and purchases
• Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
• Read and interpret legal documents and effectively present information to customers or personnel
• Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere
• Ability to multitask and perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned
• Use Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems for data entry and reporting
• Administer billing functions and claim administration
• Manage collection processes and customer service interactions.
Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in using CDK or DMS software
• Capable of performing Billing Functions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in handling Claim Administration processes.
• Familiar with Collection Processes and their implementation.
• Excellent customer service skills to handle queries and issues effectively.
