Actalent Electrical Engineer in Pasadena, Maryland

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are currently looking for an accomplished Electrical Engineer with 7-15 years of experience in MEP, with a preference for PE. The ideal candidate should have field experience at a facility level. The role will involve mapping out electrical building systems for existing buildings, requiring week-long trips to Texas for data gathering, followed by data input into the system and additional field work. The candidate must possess the ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with AutoCAD and SKM; proficiency in Revit is a plus

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

  • 7-15 years of experience in MEP

  • PE preferred

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Great attention to detail

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a mostly remote position requiring some travel to site locations in Amarillo and Dallas, TX.

Work Environment

This role offers flexibility with location, as the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the country. The position involves an average of eight, week-long site visits in Texas. When not on site visits, the candidate will have the convenience of working from home.
