Robert Half Procurement Specialist in Perris, California

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Procurement Analyst in Perris, California. This role involves analyzing purchasing needs and inventory controls in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be skilled in logistics, multi-tasking, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and determining the purchasing needs of the organization

• Implementing inventory control measures to ensure the company maximizes its inventory turns and reduces waste

• Coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials

• Exhibiting strong multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously

• Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline procurement processes

• Developing purchasing strategies and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers

• Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures

• Conducting market research to identify procurement opportunities and potential suppliers

• Preparing and presenting detailed reports on the performance of procurement activities

• Collaborating with other departments to identify their procurement needs and specifications. Requirements • Proficient with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Demonstrated experience with inventory controls

• Knowledgeable in logistics and supply chain management

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven experience in purchasing materials and vendor negotiation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred
