Reference #: 2288292 Description We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architectural Rendering Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for visual storytelling, with a focus on creating immersive, high-quality 3D renderings and animations and VR/AR. Essential Functions In addition to other duties that may be assigned, the primary responsibilities of this role includes the following: Develop detailed architectural renderings and animations using a variety of digital tools including 3D Studio Max, VRay, Enscape, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Collaborate with architects and designers to understand and interpret architectural concepts and designs. Produce photo-realistic renderings and walkthrough animations for client presentations, marketing materials, and architectural competitions. Utilize advanced lighting, texturing, and shading techniques to create lifelike environments and architectural visualizations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and digital rendering tools. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual presentations and storytelling. Participate in project meetings, offering technical insights and artistic direction as needed. Innovate. Provide input and ideas on how tasks could be done better Create, update, and assist in management of 3D & 2D Content Libraries Learn and teach new features and new software packages as required. Provide training of staff on workflows, processes, and software tools Some travel to regional offices may be required Competencies Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3D Studio Max, Rhino, Enscape, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong skills in animation and video production. Ability to interpret architectural sketches and CAD drawings. Excellent artistic skills, with an eye for composition, light, and color. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication skills - verbal and written, emails, phone, text The preferred candidates will have a positive attitude and will have a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Physical Demand: This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting of heavy computer equipment is required. Given the type of work, this position also requires the ability to handle repetitive work patterns on a computer for long periods of time.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in architectural rendering and visualization. Portfolio showcasing a range of architectural renderings and animations.
