The US Vaccines team is seeking a Marketing Manager for Contracting and Trade Strategy Team. The successful candidate will have a proven record of marketing strategy, execution, and commercial goal attainment. This is an integral role on the Contracting and Trade Strategy team that requires development and implementation of marketing/segment strategies to drive business objectives and ensure contracted vaccines business growth.

These responsibilities include some of the following: Closely partner with all relevant stakeholders for tactical execution of contract strategy Work with Contract segment directors to ensure all contract and pricing materials are up to date and available to be utilized by the ecosystem business teams and partners. Focus of strong partnership with brand marketing and brand market access to ensure key account strategic and tactical alignment. Engage with all key stakeholders to effectively monitor current contract performance and inform on current/future state of business and competitive actions/offers impacted by competition and market trends. Measure and assess the performance of all offerings to maximize sales performance and make recommendations and adjustments based on overall performance. Partner with all stakeholders to help shape the annual business planning process for strategic customer engagement including pricing, contracting guidelines, and contract operations. Assist in the development of business cases to support the contract review and approval processes including partnership with legal, brand marketing, market access, and finance. Collaborate with other relevant stakeholders to ensure enablers for key customer and environmental strategies are in place.Why you? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: BS/BA 4+ years' experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry 2+ years' brand management experience, including demonstration of scientific knowledge and competitive knowledge within therapeutic areas and individual assets Required to work in the office a minimum of 2 times per week

Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus 2+ years Direct to Consumer/Patient marketing experience including identifying/applying insights, developing and executing campaigns, working with multiple agencies, managing large media budgets that include linear/non-linear tv and all digital channels MBA Vaccines experience preferred. Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising landscape Strong understanding of contracting strategy, value proposition creation and healthcare ecosystem Demonstrated expertise with non-traditional/innovative marketing tactics for pharmaceutical brands, including social influencers & consistent delivery of strong results Experience effectively collaborating and influencing in a highly matrixed environment both internal and external colleagues including those in a global commercial organization.
