Technology Delivery Lead Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Delivery Lead Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows:

• Create BI reporting solutions that transform data into thoughtful insights through interactive reports, dashboards, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient data warehouse architectures that support the storage and retrieval of large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of data engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, data quality issues, and scalability challenges.
• Planning and coordination of new projects, conducting weekly review and reporting, interacting with Dev/QA and architecture team.
• Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to deliver maximum business value within time and budget constraints.
• Act as a liaison between the data warehousing & BI team and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and security protocols in data management during Software Development Life Cycle.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to team members to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.   Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Applying data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics to extract, model, and design business intelligence reports;
• Utilizing data warehouse platforms including Google BigQuery or Teradata and BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;
• Utilizing SQL in relational databases, including SQL Server, Teradata, Google BQ, and Oracle;
• Utilizing data modeling, ETL development, and data integration techniques;
• Managing and providing mentorship to technology delivery teams and leading the teams' technical discussions;
• Utilizing GITHUB, Azure DevOps and Agile Methodologies; and
• Managing health payer operations and analytics.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
