Description:
Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a (Pool/per diem) Telephone Operator to join our team!
** flexibility to work e/o weekend and holiday
Telephone Operator
Operation of the Switchboard, which includes the use of Medical Console software.
Answers and directs all incoming calls from the public and staff for Nazareth Hospital
Answers and responds to Fire alarms, security alarms and codes in accordance with policy and procedure.
Maintains 24- hour contact with Security
Collects, provides and distributes the on-call information for Nazareth Hospital.
Performs all other duties deemed necessary for accurate and proper performance of the Telecommunications Department
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalency (required)
Telephone Operator or Switchboard experience (preferred)
Customer Service experience (preferred)
