 Job Description

Overview This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Responsibilities * Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery. * Provide coaching and counseling to pickers on pallet-building practices. * Provide feedback to the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues, and developmental opportunities for pickers and loaders. * Track each load accurately. * Accurately count all pallets. * Maintain the pace of pallet configuration. * Ensure that in-line adjustments are made and used for all pallets. * Identify priorities and coordinate resources. * Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers. * Recommend process improvements. * Coordinate Picker and Loader.

Compensation & Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $60,950. * Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Bachelor Degreed preferred. * Leadership skills. * Experience working a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and/or weekends. * Warehouse experience.
